I started learning the violin at the age of nine. I picked up guitar at the age of fifteen. After more than two decades of playing, I'm learning more now than ever before about both instruments, which makes the process an ultimately fascinating endeavor. Learning how to read, create, and express music was the single-most influential experience from my childhood. I feel (and research shows) that it is extremely important for children to learn music, and therefore is one of the main reasons I wanted to become an instructor. Read the full bio here.
